After his study of Egyptology, Classical archaeology und Science of religions in Munich and Vienna, he worked at the institute of Egyptology of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and at the Cairo Department of the German Archaeological Institute.

After his move to Berlin he was active first for the MiN project (related with the Humboldt University (Museums in the Nile Valley).

Soon after that he co-wrote and co-directed a short movie about the European Union for the Kolleg für Management und Gestaltung Nachhaltiger Entwicklung (KMGNE) and did an internship at the well known X Verleih AG ("Run Lola Run", "Good By Lenin!"). Afterwards he began to study at the Babelsberg Film University (HFF).

In 2007 and 2008 he devoted himself almost exclusively to the film business. He directed several features, image films and documentary films and worked also as a assistant director, including Oskar Roehler's ("No Place To Go", "The Elementary Particles") new feature "Lulu and Jimi."

From the 9th of August to the 29th of August, 2008 he and his team worked on his latest film,
"I Love You... Me Neither!", starring Jean Parnel, Julia Vetters and Alexander Milo. This film is currently in post-production.
